OMAHA, Neb. — Southwest advanced seven of eight state qualifiers into Friday's rounds while scoring 35 points for third place overall among Class D teams on Thursday at the CHI Health Center.

Plain view has pulled almost 17 points ahead of top challenger Elkhorn Valley, 57-40.5, while Southwest holds a one-point lead over Sutherland for that third spot with several teams totaling 33.5. Watch for more results on all area teams Thursday as Arapahoe has scored 27 points.
