Temperature-taking and plexiglass dividers greeted returning students at the first day of classes today, as demonstrated by Kim Johnson, second grade teacher at McCook Elementary. Masks are required only under certain conditions, but the school is coordinating with public health department officials as to implementation of COVID-19 precautions.
