Your federal income tax depreciation worksheet is required for verification.

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 virus and the measures taken to help limit it’s spread throughout the state, Governor Ricketts issued Executive Order No. 20-17 concerning the filing of personal property. The filing date remains May 1 however, for personal property returns filed between May 1 and July 15, 2020, any and all penalties will be waived.

The $10,000 exemption will be applied to returns filed on or before July 15, 2020. Any personal property returns filed or value added to a return after July 15, 2020 are not eligible for the $10,000 exemption.
