'Hunchback' canceled as precaution

McCOOK, Neb. -- The Southwest Nebraska Community Theatre Association is canceling the remainder of the shows for its spring musical, "The Hunchback of Notre Dame." The shows were to be held this coming Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

"We are trying to protect our patrons, case and crews from any serious illness," according to the release. "If you purchased tickets and desire a refund, please call Gene Weedin at 308-340-5746. Thank you for your understanding."
