The family of Sharon Harvey of McCook is requesting a card shower in honor of her 75th birthday on Friday, July 26, 2019. She was born in Scottsbluff, Neb., in 1944. She was a teacher and administrator at Southwest Elementary School, along with running Cowboy Up Tack in McCook with her husband, Bob. She has also been a long-time supporter of the Southwest Rodeo Queen Contest. Her family includes husband, Robert Harvey of McCook; children, Dale (Shelley) Harvey of Scott City, Kan., Linda Harvey of Lincoln, Neb., and Shawn (Heidi) Harvey of Mitchell, Neb.; 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
