Writer should invite neighbors to live in his house

Dear Editor,

This letter is in response to the full-page diatribe by Gene O. Morris against our President, Donald Trump, in the Nov 1 McCook Gazette.

I expected something better than a lot of name calling from an ex-publisher of the Gazette; However, like the mainstream media, Mr. Morris let his emotions get the best of him.

President Trump is not against people legally entering our country, but he rightfully speaks out about our so-called friendly neighbors that think they can enter our country at any time and under their terms and conditions.

Thank goodness we have a President that will stand up to an invasion headed toward our southern border.

I can only assume that Mr. Morris is compassionate toward his neighbors and invites all of them to take up residence in his home.

All they need to do is show up.

After all, that is what he expects our President to do.
