The family of Dale Hazen of Curtis, Neb., is requesting a card shower in honor of his 90th birthday on Sunday, April 1, 2018. He was born in Wellfleet, Neb., in 1928. He was a truck driver all his life, driving millions of miles on charter buses and semi’s. His family includes his late wife, Donna Hazen and late son, Arlas Hazen; children, Allen Hazen of Curtis, Dennis and Deb Hazen of Curtis, Joyce and Duane Fischer of Norton, Kan.; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
