Cool eyes!

Some time ago, I had cataract surgery in both eyes here in McCook. A while after, I had to go to a clinic over by Hillcrest to have a laser treatment to cure a problem. That procedure took about 10 minutes or so right there and my vision was restored.

Now that is cool!

Now my 92 year-old wife needs a similar treatment, but to get it done, must make a 250 mile round trip to Kearney to get her laser treatment in one day — a 105º hot day! Or, we can make two trips to the Cambridge hospital on two separate days to get that treatment. Good neighbors!

Now that IS cool!
