Letter to the Editor

Foul ball!

Friday, October 28, 2016

Dear Editor,

Folks, when all of you need to present at the poll to vote for the President of the United States of America, to prove you are a valid citizen of the United States, is a drivers license or photo ID, that is wrong!

The current party in power is stacking the deck to allow undocumented people to have a drivers license, then those people will vote for the party that allows them to pick up all the "freebies" provided them.

In my opinion that is "rigging" the election.

What do you think about that?

  • I've checked into this before - the number of incidents of voter fraud are very small. They are there, but insignificant.

  • You have to have had a photo ID to enter the Democrat Convention, to buy a beer, to cash a check....we need a proof of citizenship to vote.

  • Party in power? Have you noticed who is in charge of Congress, 31 governorships, 20 some state legislatures....................and a drivers license does not get you voter registration automatically. Fact checking rather than believing the lies of the right would prove beneficial to our Great Nation.
