Hard choices
Dear Editor,
Agents from Libya planted a bomb on flight 103 in 1988, causing it to crash in Lockerbie, Scotland.
In 2011, a revolution was heating up in Libya (Benghazi). english diplomats were evacuated. Seven Americans, who were assigned there, were in grave danger.
Sean Smith, Glen Doherty, Tyronne Woods and Chris Stevens, a newly appointed ambassador, died during an attack on their headquarters. They asked for help. Nobody rescued them.
Our 67th Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, admittedly didn't know all the facts. The Washington Post printed a story of a demonstration protesting a controversial film, which insulted Mohammed, Islam's prophet.
Hillary blamed the attack on that film. (Many voters critisize her for that.)
While serving as Secretary of State, she visited Israel. She interviewed leaders there and quickly learned that Palestinians wanted their own state or country. Her statement that Israel was making big bad choices and that a peaceful outcome wasn't possible infuriated Israel's leaders.
Careful research of Jewish biblical history reveals that the Jews believe Israel is their promised land.
She claims Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is a long-time friend. (This is a questionable.)
Sharing Gaza and Golan Heights with the Jews is a stumbling block for the Israelis and the Palestinians. It is Palestinian land.
Using private email for classified U.S. government information has proven to be illegal and a dangerous breach of security by Hillary.
Her entrance into the 2016 presidential race has placed her in a hostile political environment.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump, the real estate billionaire, is ready to pounce on her. He is an expert at using TV networks, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to win voters and fiends.
Hillary is working hard to present herself as a well adjusted family person. She talks about her husband, Bill, her daughter, Chelsea Clinton Mezvisky, her little granddaughter, Charlotte Mezvisky, her son-in-law Marc Mezvisky and her late parents, Hugh and Dorothy Rodham. (See "Hard Choices" by Hillary Rodham Clinton-Simon/Schuster 2014).
