BEAVER CITY, Neb. -- Donna Ruth Bose, 90, died Saturday (Aug. 29, 2015), at Blue Valley Care Center in Hebron, Nebraska.

She was born to Wynnie and Fern (Howard) Hester on Feb. 19, 1925, at Edison Nebraska.

She graduated from Oxford High School in Oxford, Nebraska. She married James Bose on Oct. 27, 1946. They lived on the Bose farm north of Stamford until her husband's death in 1987, after which she moved to Stamford, Nebraska.

After her children graduated, she worked in a clothing store and Preston drug store in Oxford.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sisters, infant Norma Jean and Roberta Woolston; and brothers in-law, Robert Woolston and Dean Blincow.

Survivors include her children, Dan Bose and wife, Trudy of Stamford, Nebraska, and Kathy Bauhard and husband, Marlin of Hebron, Nebraska; sisters, Pauline Blincow of Oxford and Bonita Dusenberry and husband, Don of Arapahoe; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be Thursday, Sept. 3, 2015, 2 p.m. at the Stamford Cemetery with the Rev. Brian Jenkins officiating. There is no viewing or visitation.
