Prostate group plans to form

Dear Editor,

Our prostate cancer discussion group had its first meeting on Jan. 22, 2015. The seven guys in attendance expressed a willingness to meet again on a Thursday noon. We have reserved the meeting room at the Pizza Hut for Thursday, Feb. 19.

Perhaps we can plan on the third Thursday of every month for as long as folks are interested. There were a couple of guys who had conflicts last month that we hope to see this time.

The plan is to share treatment options and possibly be a resource to guys who are recently diagnosed with prostate cancer.
