90th birthday

The family of Rose Wittwer of Trenton, Nebraska, is requesting a card shower in honor of her 90th birthday Feb. 3. She was born in Alma, Nebraska, in 1925. She was a long-time resident of McCook, where she and her husband, William, raised their children. He passed away in 1980. She enjoyed working for several years as a weather observer at the McCook Municipal Airport and has lived in Trenton since the fall of 2011. Her family includes children, Kathy Wittwer of Owings Mills, Maryland, Susan and Mike Plautz of Ravenna, Nebraska, Karen and Brian Kiekow of Two Harbors, Minnesota; and two granddaughters.
