The family of Andrew Meyerle of McCook is requesting a card shower in honor of his 95th birthday. He was born Oct. 2, 1919, in Elk City, Nebraska. With the exception of two years, he has lived in McCook since 1949. He was a pharmacist for many years at A & M Drug Store and Meyerle Pharmacy. He also served on the McCook Board of Education, is active in the St. Patrick's Church community and still enjoys a round of golf on a nice day. His family includes wife, Christine of Salem, New Hampshire; children, Kathy Meyerle and husband, Jim Marttila of Rochester, Minnesota, Elaine Shannon and husband, Bob of Manhattan, Kansas, Greg Meyerle and wife, Nancy of Lincoln, Nebraska; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
