If Canada hath oil to export, pipe it to the Atlantic or Pacific, build refineries and sell fuel to the U.S.

Eminent domain is for schools, roads, public needs, not casinos, Walmarts, foreign companies!

Concentrating the nations fuel supply in one spot is a perfect target for a Pearl Harbor, 9/11 grand slam.
