Permits needed

Dear Editor,

In response to the article in Wednesday's paper, there is a state-licensed auto salvage eight miles northeast of McCook in Red Willow County that has been there for 18 years. There are other places that will buy junk cars and trucks. When buying cars, you have to have licenses and permits.
