Ag Valley Coop pays $375,780 Redemption of Equities to customers

EDISON, Nebraska -- The Board of Directors of Ag Valley Coop has voted to redeem the equities of the patrons born in 1936. The check represents the patrons equity for their years of support and loyalty to their local cooperative and we want to express our sincere thanks for their business.

Ag Valley Coop, with headquarters in Edison, Nebraska, has paid back $2,728,291 in cash in the last 13 years for the redemption of equities. That total does not include cash patronage or estate retirements. Ag Valley Coop is proud of that accomplishment.

Ag Valley Coop will conduct the Annual Meetings on Monday, June 4, at 6:30 p.m. at the Maywood Community Hall; Tuesday, June 5, at Noon at the Norton Legion Hall; and Tuesday, June 5, at 6:30 p.m. at the Ella Missing Center in Arapahoe.

Ag Valley will also be dispersing patronage refund checks at the Annual Meetings. The distribution of 50 percent cash patronage will total $2,417,258.

The entertainment this year will be: Joel Sartore, a photographer, speaker, author, teacher, and a regular contributor to National Geographic magazine. (performing at Maywood, Norton and Arapahoe)
