The family of Helen Allen is hosting an open house and card shower in honor of her 90th birthday. The open house will be Friday, Nov. 11, from 12:30-2:30 p.m. at Willow Ridge Retirement Center. A time of sharing will also be at Ron Allen's home in McCook, 71149 Road 377, on Saturday, Nov. 12, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Her family includes Ron and Joanne Allen of McCook, Eric and Barbara Allen of Hutchinson, Kansas, three grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
