Great spin

Dear Editor,

What a marvelous spin Jess Wolf, president of the Nebraska State Education Association, put on Sen. Ben Nelson's vote for "Obamacare." That is the main function of the NSEA, isn't it? Isn't it?

Yes indeed, our Sen. Nelson saved us several thousand in "unfunded federal mandates," and voted twice to pass the most unpopular bill of our lifetime. Some analysts say it will cost over three trillion dollars and give us rationed health care, two of its most glaring outrages. So far, we have found at least two citizens who are in favor of this bill, Nancy and Harry. The awful truth is, Mr. Jess Wolf, Sen. Ben Nelson voted not only to advance the bill to the floor, but also cast his vote for it, against the will of those he is supposed to be representing. So now, all America knows, Nebraska has the best Senator money can buy.
