One of a kind

Dear Editor,

Thank You for the editorial On Dr. Robert Stear. "Doc" Stear as he was known to the many Headstart families from Furnas County he opened up his farm to for the yearly fishing parties, and to the other families who he allowed to use his facilities, never at a charge.

He would always have a fire going to roast marshmallows and hot dogs if that was wanted. He was always happy to see the kids and their parents. Robert Stear was a one-of-a-kind man who will be missed by anyone who knew him, Heaven just got another great man. Thank You.
