Davis birthday

The family of Marian Bailey Davis of Curtis is hosting an open house and card shower in honor of her 85th birthday. She was born Sept. 19, 1923.

Her children are Cathrine Dumont of Curtis, Arletta and Lorry Lipporelli of Elko,Nev., Kenneth and Cathy Davis of McCook, Diane and Mike Towery of McCook, Scott and Linda Davis of Maywood and Doug and Sue Davis of Ceresco. She has 17 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

The open house will be Sunday, Sept. 21, at the Legion Hall in Curtis from 1 - 5 p.m., with a pot luck dinner.
