Greg Monzon and Colette Burns of McCook announce the birth of their son, Laken Victor Burns Monzon on July 17, 2008, at Community Hospital in McCook. He weighed 6 pounds, 14.4 ounces and measured 18 inches. He has two sisters, 18-year-old, Monique Monzon and 5-year-old, Calie Kircher and two brothers, 13-year-old, Tyler "TJ" Monzon and 20-month-old, Dawson Burns. His grandparents are Victor and Mary Ellen Monzon of McCook, Pat Burns of McCook and Lisa Burns of Culbertson. His great-grandmother is Marion Croutcher.
