Disappointed

In response to Gene E. Morris's Open Forum letter on May 21, 2008 regarding the closure of the Broken Tee Golf Course. I for one had a paid up active membership and was not informed of it's closure or received any indication of being reimbursed the dues for the portion of the year which I wasn't able to play golf. I've noticed that not only was it closed but various materials and landscaping items were removed and placed in a vacant lot behind our residence. Also, the greens are brown and apparently ruined to make sure no one would be able to golf on the course. Two of the greens received some deep aeration.

I'm certainly disappointed in the actions of those responsible.
