First turkey

Travis Miller Kaylee Miller, the 11-year-old daughter of Brenda and Travis Miller of Culbertson, poses with the turkey she killed with a 20-gauge shotgun while hunting with her dad Saturday on the Republican River bottom near Culbertson. The turkey weighed about 20 pounds and sported a 7 1/4-inch beard. Kaylee is a fourth grader at Central Elementary in McCook.
