Move the fair?

Dear Editor,

As I read about the problems of where to move the State Fair to, I wondered why not in central Nebraska?

The fair belongs to all of us, not just Omaha and Lincoln. Too many things go to the eastern part of the state.

I was originally from Grand Island, have lived in Southwest Nebraska for 66 years and am 98 years old.

It is far enough to drive from here to Lincoln or Omaha, but think of the Panhandle and Scottsbluff people!

Does anyone in the eastern part even think of us?

They seem to have a use for our taxes, but are blind to anything else.
