Get on the Band wagon

Dear Editor,

This is a follow-up article concerning the "Safety Pin Challenge" Friday, Oct. 12, 2007.

If you missed the article, it concerns us helping the McCook High School marching band secure much-needed and well-deserved new uniforms.

Businesses, alums and parents, please, it's time to step up to the plate and donate. A fund has been established at McCook National Bank.

This fund is designated strictly for that purpose. Let's help these kids. I know you'll feel better for it, I promise.

Donations are to be made out to Safety Pin Band Fund, P.O. Box 972, McCook NE 69001.

It's time to get on the Band wagon. It will be gratefully appreciated.
