Bison 9-10 boys tracksters 4th at North Platte

NORTH PLATTE -- McCook's ninth and 10th grade boys track teams finished fourth in the North Platte 9-10 Invitational on May 1.

North Platte took first in the event, with Lexington taking second and Ogallala third. Gothenburg followed the Bison in fifth and Cozad was sixth.

Jimmy Barron and Taylor Garcia led the Bison. Barron won the 800m run in 2:08.94 and Garcia took the discus with a throw of 121-10.
