Where's our check?

Dear Editor,

When God gives us a flood, and Kansas gets more water than it normally gets -- to be fair, and thereby legal under God, they should pay us, since we must pay them when water does not make it to their lands down under.

Makes more sense than expecting the poor to pay for the rich to waste it.
