Dear Editor,

Thank you for printing the article about Stryker, the K-9 officer in Tuesday (March 27th) Gazette. We all appreciate Stryker's service to the community. He was my neighbor for nine years, and I felt safer knowing he was next door.

Our sympathy goes to his family, the Kotschwars, in the loss of a wonderful family member.
