Local Scrooge?

Geez, I think we have a scrooge in our small area. What is wrong with you Mr. Stramel, Santa Claus Lane is part of McCook history. When I was a child, I looked forward to Santa Slaus Lane. It was part of celebrating Christmas. When I moved away for a time, every time I came back to visit, I took my boys up and down Norris to see Santa Claus Lane. If you don't like it then don't look at it, and as far as money (goes), what would you want to spend the money on, more golf courses?
