The family of Evelyn M. Urbanovsky-Freeburn of McCook is hosting an open house and card shower in honor of her 80th birthday. She was born Oct. 16, 1926. The open house will be Oct. 15, from 2-4 p.m. at the KC Hall in McCook. Her children are Beth and John Duden, John Kopriva, Margo and Dan Marazon, Mary and Mike Chervenka, Joe Kopriva, Pam and Bob Chalupa, Dee and Dick Hazen.
