Pass ordinance

Dear Editor,

I am writing in response to the proposed ordinance on where a sex offender can live. I would like to express my deep concern that this hasn't been done already.

I would very much encourage this ordinance to pass for the city of McCook. We need to do all we can to protect children from these "sick" people!

I regularly go to the Nebraska State Patrol's web site to keep updated with the offenders listed.

The State Patrol has assured me that they have worked long and hard to keep this information up to date.

If you are suspicious about something going on in your neighborhood PLEASE call the Nebraska State Patrol!

I hope that the citizens of McCook will make sure that this very important ordinance passes.
