It was a pleasant surprise today to see your photo of the snowplow in front of JC Penney's published in the Stars & Stripes.

As soon as I came onto duty this afternoon, numerous soldiers pointed it out to me before I could even find my own copy.

Even though the snow may be a pain, it was great to see you guys!
