Bahl birthday

Leopold "Bus" Bahl of McCook will be celebrating his 95th birthday Monday. He was born in Hays, Kan., on Oct. 3, 1910, but came to McCook at an early age and has spent most of his life in the community.

Bus worked at the McCook Gazette for more than 60 years. He started as a carrier and rose to the position of production manager. Cards will reach him at 402 Missouri Avenue Circle, McCook, NE 69001.
