Dear Editor,

The Palisade Park Board is in the process of making some improvements in our park and playground area. The playground equipment is very old and it is time to modernize our playground.

We have replaced our merry-go-round and have also bought a runner for them to play on and so now the smaller children need something to keep them entertained.

We are also still working on improvements to our park area. Last year we bought some large white planters and this year we added some small planters and planted real flowers in them. They really looked nice in the little park area we have.

We are asking for your assistance in helping us with the improvement of our park and playground equipment.

Any donation would be very much appreciated. The park is a very special place for our residents and benefits young and old alike.
