Respectful players

Dear Editor,

On behalf of the veterans of the First Cavalry Division Association Southeastern Colorado Chapter in LaJunta, Colo., I would like to thank Sabrina Davis, Stephanie Hansen, Katie Brawner, Felicia Wilkins, Jessica Bair, Jordann Hoyt, Maegan Peterson, (MCC Softball) Coach Scott Wacker and Chris Hall for stopping by a few minutes before our meeting on May 7, 2005, in La Junta and signing our guest book.

It is indicative of the respect and consideration they have for our nation's veterans.

I hope McCook will be as proud of these young ladies as our chapter members are. They are truly very special ladies.
