Don't take a chance
Friday, October 29, 2004
Dear Editor,
As election day rapidly approaches, few citizens could be unaware of a major issue: gambling.
Is there a clear, well-thought-out reasoning voters can use to base their voice at the polls?
The successful gambler is by definition "psychic."
By this I mean, he "feels lucky." The mind can and does control elements of pure chance. Thus, the greater one's intellect, the better the chances of winning.
I found this out in a recent book, "Numerology Out and Inside" written by U.B. Broke and I.B. Rich. (Spurious Publishing Co., Las Vegas, 947 pp.)
My fellow gambers:
Get out and vote next Tuesday. Don't take a chance!
