Give rodeo clown the boot

Dear Editor,

I have a petition for the good folks who serve on the Red Willow County Fair rodeo committee.

Please do not invite the same clown back that you've had these last two years. His off-colored jokes and his main act were not at all appreciated by the crowd of 2,000 to 3,000 people. They were a real embarrassment!

The crowd refrained from laughing or expressing any appreciation. The clown himself complained about this to the announcer. He just couldn't get the crowd into it.

We pay our $8 for good, wholesome entertainment. Please provide us with a clown that has good, wholesome morality.
