Letter to the Editor

Go to the polls

Monday, July 12, 2004

Dear Editor,

Please, voters, know who stands for what and go to the polls in November.

Did you know that former CNN reporter, Peter Arnett, gave state controlled Iraqi TV during the war in Iraq that the "first war plan has just failed." And, he bragged that reporting on civilian casualties and the Iraqi resistance "helps those who oppose the war" in the U.S.!

His anti-American ridiculous comments were just the latest example of the media's liberal, left-wing bias.

Recent experts have continued to raise even more questions about the media's credibility and reliability ... CBS tried in vain to air a "docu-drama" on Ronald Reagan's presidency riddled with lies and liberal propaganda. CNN news executive Eason Jordan confessed that CNN had refused to broadcast stories of Saddam Hussein's atrocities for over a decade.

Liberal N.Y. Times columnist Maureen Dowd was caught twisting and distorting a quote by President Bush. The N.Y. Times revealed that reporter Jayson Blair had fabricated at least 36 stories he had written for the 136-year-old paper.

Are you abreast/aware that "safe sex" advocates are doing everything they can to stop abstinence training for our children in public schools? Radical homosexual activists are fighting to legalize gay "marriage" in the U.S. The ACLU is doing everything it can to support same-sex unions.

State universities are silencing their students who share the Gospel or sponsor bold, pro-life views. And on and on.

Again, I urge you to become informed and vote in November.

God Bless America!

Thank you,

Roselyn Fitzgerald,

Cambridge
