Dear Editor,

Whether you are a Republican or a Democrat, it will be your loss if you don't watch "The Conversation" with Frank Morrison and Bob Kerrey on NETV Channel 13 Sunday night at 8 p.m. CDT.

I do not have the words to describe how wonderful, how full of history it was and how much it meant to me. The history that was related in the hour program will be unforgettable, from presidents to football, economy and war, his first elected office, Frontier County attorney at Stockville, to a three-term Democrat governor in a Republican state.

Did you know we have the Nebraska Educational Television Network system because of Gov. Morrison?

I caught myself laughing out loud and another minute, I was sniffling with tears in my eyes.

Frank was a statesman, not a politician.
