I read your Croswind column in the March 2 Gazette. Now that you have found the more scenic route to Kearney, I hope you will take the time to visit our museum.
The museum was started about 14 years ago by four Vietnam veterans. It is staffed and managed entirely by volunteers.
We started the museum to honor and recognize the service of, not only the men and women who have served our country in military service, but also the vehicles they used while serving.
I have enclosed a brochure from our museum. I would offer you free admission but, as you may already know, we do not charge admission. We want all who come to be able to tour the museum and, hopefully, learn something during their tour.
We are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1-5 p.m. on Sundays.
