Money buys elections

I don't know why the Democrats are getting so excited about the primaries. I saw on TV or read somewhere that the guy with the most money usually wins the election.

And since the great manipulator has raised closed to $200 million, I don't see how he can lose. $200 million will buy a lot of votes.
