Final solution

Dear Editor,

My fellow McCookites:

How long does it take to realize our city water problem cannot be solved by throwing money down the drain?

There is only one clear solution: Democracy.

If you have an opinion, voice it loud. Go to meetings. This country is based on freedom of speech.

As a taxpayer, I'm darn sick and tired of all these legal proceedings tied up in the courts.

If there is a problem of justice, it should be done instantly, if not sooner -- unless it is ruled unfavorable to the taxpayer. Then, we the people should appeal the case.

And remember this: Vote to permanently solve our water problems!
