Ten Commandments

In answer to this question, I for one do not like taxpayers footing the bill for this kind of nonsense, but let's lay the blame where it belongs.

I don't care what kind of religious emblem it is, it does not belong in a public building. The judge who put it there should foot the bill for all the legal dispute along with cost too remove it. As a God-fearing Christian myself I am disgusted with efforts of a certain few too proclaim themselves holier than thou by dragging their beliefs into every conceivable location and conversation.

Today's so-called Christians are using their religion as an excuse for everything from waging war to legalized killing. Churches have been given a tax free exemption from the government and everyone is allowed by that government to go or not to go to any one of these churches. Real people of God will take that opportunity and quit trying to parade their righteousness in front of everyone else. I happen to live between a neighbor, who has loudly protested the fact that school prayer is not allowed, and the Church they attend. In the last two years that I have been paying attention I have never seen this man's children stop at the Church for prayer on the way to school.

I suggest more time on your knees and less time trying to create more expense for taxpayers.
