WICHITA, Kan. -- Tara L. Huss-Emert, 24, died March 11, 2002, in Wichita, Kan., from injuries sustained in motor vehicle accident.

She was born April 12, 1977, in Atwood. She attended several schools and graduated from Spring Hill High School in Spring Hill, Kan., in 1995.

On Aug. 31, 1996, she married Nathan Emert in Eureka Springs, Ark.

Survivors include her husband, Nathan; three children, Zachary, Nate Lee, and Kaitlyn; her parents, Pat and Debra Huss of Osawatomie, Kan., and Terry and Janice Brown of Kimberling City, Mo.; three brothers, Michael, Matt, and James; two sisters, Beth and Rachelle; grandparents, Vern and Pat Glebe of Stratton and Lyle and Arlene Pummer of Stockton, Mo; great-grandparents, Jim and Marie Frisbie of Pratt, Kan., Daniel and Louise Lynn of Gallatin, Mo, Leona Haller of Stratton and Telitha Pummer of Stockton; and mother-in-law, Barb Emert of Reeds Springs, Mo.

Services were Saturday, at the Stumpff Funeral Home in Kimberling City. Interment was at the Pinecrest Cemetery in Kimberling City.
