More help out there?

Hello. Well, because of my low income, we had to go to Health and Human Services to ask for medical help because we have no insurance at all, so my wife can go to the doctor. They at the doctor's office ask us to have cash and we cannot come up with as much as she needs to. It is hard for a family to make ends meet nowadays, with rising costs of water, gas, lights and food. So, we have asked for help and we know of a lot out there who get the help. I feel we should be able to get the help, too, so my wife can go to see her doctor when she needs to. So, is there other help out there? If so, we would like to know. Thank you.
