In McCook, the final count reads 1,124 “yes” votes to 1,929 “no” votes out of 3,053 cast — about 37 percent in favor and 63 percent opposed. In Cambridge, the results landed in the same ballpark, with 280 in favor and 482 against, roughly a 37-to-63 split as well... -
