These McCook Rebels 10-and-under softball girls are learning early how to finish near top of big tournaments. For a second consecutive weekend, the Rebels finished second among all Silver Division teams at the Kearney Klassic. The Rebels 12s and 16s also competed along with McCook Storm at a tournament featuring teams from Kearney, Hastings, Columbus and Grand Island among others. Disc golf momentum continues at Barnett Park: new course nearing completion

McCOOK, Neb. - The long-anticipated disc golf course at Barnett Park is rapidly taking shape, and organizers say it could be fully completed as early as July.
