McCOOK, Neb. -- Red Willow County, Nebraska, commissioners are going back to square one with the courthouse phone system until they can determine and write specs, receive bids and have a new hard-cabled phone system installed in the courthouse. Wayne Needham of Prairie Wind PC's of McCook told commissioners during their weekly meeting Monday morning that the courthouse needs to be hard-cabled throughout to avoid security breaches, to improve voice and call quality and to eliminate the frustration that a new wireless phone system is causing for courthouse employees.. ...

Hughes sees turnover woes in Legislature
