Being we are into the Holiday Season, I'm sure man" ladies will be making candies. I'd like to pass on a little flick about making peanut brittle. Most recipes say to pour the mixture out on a cookie sheet and spread it out thin with a spoon. Do not spread the mixture, pour it and let it seek its own level. This will assure you of having a good tender, flakey candy that you will be happy to share with friends and relatives...
